Absolutely.  We have a strict policy with volume, the customer is always right !          <Back to top>

  1. Will the lights be too bright or beyond our control?

No.  Whenever we take a booking, the size of the event and where it is taking place will always be noted.  Therefore the sound and light show will be tailored to the clients needs and requests.          <Back to top>

  1. How long have you been in this business?

Over 25 years !          <Back to top>

  1. How do we pay and will you require a deposit?

A deposit is paid by cheque on signing and returning one of our contracts.  The balance is paid in CASH upon the artistes' arrival at the venue.          <Back to top>

  1. Our venue has insisted that the discotheque must have public liability insurance / P.A.T. test certificate.  Will this cause a problem?

No, we can provide Mobile Discotheques that meet the current electricity at work act (P.A.T. test) and also carry public liability insurance.          <Back to top>

  1. How long will it take to set up the show?

Our standard show, designed for around 75 guests will take approximately 30 minutes to set up assuming easy access from the vehicle to the setting up area.  Our premier show, 70 to 150 guests, will take around 45 minutes assuming the same.

A show can usually be scaled down if the access time has been delayed i.e. an evening reception is running a little late.          <Back to top>

  1. How long will it take to pack away the show?

On average about half of the set up time.          <Back to top>

  1. What happens if we have to cancel?

Like any other business we will retain the original deposit.  However in the case of the outstanding balance we would draw your attention to the cancellation clause on our contracts.  If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the event, the outstanding balance will be sought.          <Back to top>
